Как указано в Классификационном кодексе МПК, апелляционный орган выносит письменное решение по результатам слушаний. Копия решения предоставляется всем сторонам, МПК и Оргкомитету. Апелляционный орган либо утверждает обжалуемое решение, либо его отменяет. В случае отмены решения в письменном заключении апелляционного органа должна быть указана допущенная процедурная ошибка и дано распоряжение о пересмотре решения соответствующей стороной в соответствии с указаниями апелляционного органа. Решения по апелляциям являются окончательными и обжалованию не подлежат.

appeal decision
As stated in the IPC Classification Code, the Appeal Body shall issue a written decision resolving any appeal after the hearing. The decision shall be provided to all parties, to the IPC, and to the Organizing Committee. The Appeal Body shall either affirm the decision appealed or overrule the decision. If the decision is overruled, the Appeal Body’s written opinion shall specify the procedural error committed and shall direct the appropriate party to reconsider the decision in a manner consistent with the Appeal Body’s instructions. Appeal decisions are final and are not subject to any further appeal.
